Mr Kates is the chairman of Aura Group and has a BSc (With Distinction) from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York State, USA. He has been actively involved in various infrastructure and supply projects throughout the SADC region.
As a Distributor for Motorola high end radio communications systems, he was instrumental in supplying a trunked, encoded radio communications network to the Zimbabwean Government.
Mr Bhulabhai is a tactical and commercial entrepreneur with business interests in verticals of Finance, Power and Infrastructure, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Retailing, Mining, Digital Marketing and E-commerce. He began his varied career in 1992 at the age of 18 when he founded the IT distribution company Microwarehouse. Within 3 years he had grown his company into one of the country’s largest Technology distributors.
In January of 2000 he purchased DataTech, Zimbabwe's premier technology and consumable retail company, thus diversifying his group into retail and ICT manufacturing. With a staff complement of over 150, Microwarehouse became the market leader and leveraged its position to acquire the distribution rights for Dell and Microsoft in Zimbabwe. In 2012 his contributions to ICT in Zimbabwe were recognised by the Ministry of Information Communication and Technology and he was awarded the runner up Zimbabwe ICT Businessman of the year title. Mr Bhulabhai holds a Bcom Management, Six Sigma Green Belt, MSPM, MCP and is currently enrolled in an executive MBA with Edinburgh University. His 23 years of successful and wide ranging management experience, together with his strong reputation in Zimbabwe are key assets for consultancy to the group.
Samuelle Dimairho is a results driven young entrepreneur who has demonstrated potential to grow to become a global leader in the corporate world. He co-founded Chengetedzai Depository Company Limited, Zimbabwe’s first Central Securities Depository for the capital markets industry in charge of electronic custody for USD5billion worth of shares and annual trade settlement of USD450million. Samuelle was crowned the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Creative Young Entrepreneur of The Year 2014 and also won the Entrepreneurs Organisation Global Student Entrepreneur Award 2014.
He has been featured in international media programs from various organisations all over the world for his achievements and inspiration to young people in Africa. In addition, Samuelle voluntarily serves as an advisor to the Graduate Development Agency and Young Entrepreneurs Sanctuary Africa, which is an organisation focused on building the soft skills of graduates and mentoring young entrepreneurs. He holds an ACCA Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business, and a Bsc (Hons) Applied Accounting with Oxford Brookes University.
Clement Siby is an ICT expert with over 12 years experience in the ICT industry. A Software developer at heart and an avid technology enthusiast and expert, Mr Siby has overseen the development and implementation of various ICT projects in variety of industries. He has held various positions in a variety of companies.
In 2001 Clement joined Corporate Support Services (CSS) where he worked as a Software Engineer where he was involved with development of Automated Teller Machine (ATM) software for local banks in Zimbabwe and software for Money Transfer Agents & Bureau de changes. Clement has been engaged as a consultant on a variety of projects for various companies. He has also worked as an ICT trainer. He is a holder of various professional ICT qualifications from Brainbench and has a BSC (Hons) in Computing and Software engineering
Tanaka Muza’s career started at Aura Group where he started off as an intern and has been gradually mentored to become the Business Development Executive. He currently manages operations and spearheads business development activities. He is a valuable asset in the maintenance and acquisition of new clients and is a formidable team player. He is an ACCA Certified Accounting Technician and holds a diploma in accounting and business.
